This slice is my mum's recipe. It was sooo good I had to post it here! This slice is healthy, easy to make, easy to freeze, easy to take to school, easy in every way possible! A balanced meal all in a slice! I like it best cold, but it tastes great either way:) I can't wait to make some tomorrow so I can freeze it and take it to school for lunches! 1. Whisk eggs in a large bowl. 2. Add remaining ingredients (except for the last three) and combine. 3. Pour into a lined slice tin, top with the grated cheese, olives and tomatoes. 4. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius. Enjoy hot or cold:) |
