This recipe (not even really a recipe, just an idea I came up with) is a great post-workout snack that is refreshing, quick and easy. Or just to have at any time! It is just like ice cream but a more icy texture which I love (I'm not a fan of creamy ice cream) but just leave out the ice if you like yours creamy:P The ice makes it a much bigger looking serve though! Blend ingredients in a food processor until it is thoroughly combined (no massive chunks of ice) This tastes amazing topped with anything crunchy like buckinis, nuts, seeds, cacao nibs, etc |
