Breakfast parfaits are amazing, like if you haven't tried one, you have not lived! You can make whatever flavour you want! I'll be posting the recipes for my creations here if you would like to give them a go, or get some inspiration:)
Chocolate Raspberry Parfait
For the chia pudding layer:
1tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup water
small handful of raspberries, pureed
Mix and refrigerate overnight.
For the overnight oats layer:
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup of one spoon of custard (or yoghurt), the rest milk
